Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Condition: Returns are accepted only for unopened and sealed spice products. We cannot process returns for items that have been opened or used due to health and safety reasons.
- Time Frame: Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an eligible item.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened/Used Products: Items that have been opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned.
- Custom Orders: Custom-blended or special-order spices are non-returnable.
3. Initiating a Return

- Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide instructions for returning the item.
4. Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective products).
- Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Ensure the package is securely sealed.
5. Refunds
- Processing Time: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund Amount: The refund will cover the cost of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Exchanges
- Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Immediate Reporting: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
