Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver our products throughout Hyderabad and its surrounding areas. If you are located outside our delivery zones, we regret that we may not be able to fulfil your order at this time. We are working on Pan India shipping asap.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be dispatched within the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be processed on the next business day. Delivery will take 2 days or more depending on the location.
  • Express Delivery: For urgent deliveries, we offer an express service with a delivery time of 12-24 hours. This option is available at checkout and may incur additional charges.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Free for orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a delivery fee of ₹50 applies.
  • Express Delivery: A flat fee of ₹100 applies, regardless of the order value.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • We will send you a confirmation email once your order is processed, along with a tracking number if applicable.

5. Delivery Scheduling

  • To ensure timely delivery, please provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information.
  • Our delivery team will contact you before arriving to confirm your availability. If you are not available at the time of delivery, our team will attempt to reschedule or arrange an alternative delivery time.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Missing or Damaged Items: If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.
  • Failed Deliveries: In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect address details or unavailability, we may charge an additional delivery fee for redelivery.
